This site is an independent information resource about the Klemeru township in Ipoh, Perak. It is not the official website of the development and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the developer.

What is collected

This site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up and no account system. It does not collect your name, email address or phone number.

Enquiries are made through WhatsApp. When you tap a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens with a pre-written message and you choose whether to send it. At that point your WhatsApp phone number and display name become visible to the recipient, in the same way as any other WhatsApp message. Meta Platforms handles that message under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Ads conversion measurement. If you arrive from a Google ad and then tap a WhatsApp button, that tap is reported to Google as a conversion so the advertising spend can be measured. Google sets a cookie for this. What is recorded is that a click happened — not your name, your number, or anything you go on to say in the chat. You can opt out of Google advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com.

There is no remarketing, no audience list building and no analytics profile of your visit beyond that. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the font files.

How enquiry information is used

If you message on WhatsApp, that conversation is used only to answer your enquiry about property. It is not sold, rented or passed to third-party marketing lists. Where a specific property enquiry needs to be referred to the developer or a lender, that will be stated to you first.

Your choices

You may ask at any time for your WhatsApp conversation and any details you shared to be deleted. Ask in the chat and it will be done.
